| Is it safe? | Of course. We take security seriously. Your credit card information is not stored anywhere in our systems and our ordering is done over a secure (SSL) connection. Additionally, for your safety and ours, your order will not go through if the billing address and zip code you enter does not match what's on file for the credit card number you put in. It's no joke, so if you found or stole someone's credit card, go try some other site for your shopping spree. |

| How fast will my stuff get here? | We are currently shipping orders within one business day. If your order is placed by 2PM Eastern Time, we'll ship it that afternoon. Otherwise, it's shipped the following day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days - those are just skating days. The rest depends on the shipping option you choose when checking out. |
| Can I exchange stuff? | If the product is in brand new, unused condition, you can contact us for an exchange if you're not happy with the product. You may also return a brand new, unopened item within 30 days for a refund. Shipping costs in each direction are your responsibility. | Can I return stuff? | If you have a return, see the return form that comes with your order. We'll check out the stuff you return and let you know what we can do. Sorry, no refunds or store credit can be issued for assembled completes (which is basically a used board). |
| I live in Zimbabwe or some crazy place like that. Can you send my order there? | No. Sorry, right now we are only shipping to the United States and Canada. |
| Do you do special orders? | Yes. Please call us at 813-621-6793 to place your special order. |
| How do you charge for shipping? | Your shipping is based on the zip code you're at, the weight of your cart, and the shipping method you choose. Our site connects directly to the UPS and the United States Postal Service computers to get the exact rate for shipping your stuff. Just because we skate doesn't mean we're not nerds. |
| Is there a warranty on stuff? | That depends on the manufacturer of the goods you're purchasing. Most companies offer a warranty against defects. |
| Do you have a printed catalog you can send me? | Not yet, we're taking things one step at a time. But, we'll let you know when we do. |
| When I order from CCS and other non-skater run places, they don't know that 65mm wheels won't work with Venture Lows and no risers. Will you help me with that? | Of course. Everyone on staff here, from the maintenance crew to the order packers to the web nerd, is a skateboarder. If you're a beginner and have questions, email us at info@skateparkoftampa.com and we'll help you out. If you live in or near Tampa, FL, we also give lessons on Saturday mornings. |
| What about backorders? | Normally, backorders don't happen. What you see online is exactly what we have in our shop. Because of errors or internet connections being down, it's still possible for you to purchase something that's not in stock. If that happens, we'll contact you to see what you want to do. |
| What are my payment options? | We take MasterCard, Visa, America Express, and Discover. |
| What do you do with the information you collect from me? | Nothing except use it to ship your order. Your name or email is not added to any mailing lists or anything shady like that. If you suspect this is happening, send an email to info@skateparkoftampa.com, and we'll help you get to the bottom of it. |
